Formerly known as Elegant Design Quince, our journey began in December 2016 when Cinthia Mendez, a dedicated mother and passionate entrepreneur, opened our doors in Newport News. Frustrated by the limited options for formal dresses, especially for her daughter Karina’s pageants, Cinthia decided to create a space where every girl could find her dream gown.

Now located at the Williamsburg Premium Outlets, our mission remains the same: to provide a safe, welcoming environment for women and to make your special moments stress-free and magical. We specialize in quinceanera and sweet 16 dresses, but our collection includes gowns for all occasions, along with event planning services to help you celebrate in style.

At Fifteen Wishes, we believe that shopping for a special dress should feel like a warm embrace from family. As a mother-daughter business, Cinthia works alongside her daughters, Karina and Amal, to ensure every client feels like part of our family. You might even meet her 10-year-old son, who loves to greet every guest with a smile!
