In-Store Purchases
All Sales Are Final:
Once a dress has been paid for or a deposit has been made, the sale is considered final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases, including in the event of cancellation of your event. However, as a courtesy, we are happy to assist you in selling the dress out of our store, should you wish to recoup some of your investment.
Store Credit:
If you have made a deposit on a dress or paid in full and need to cancel, you may be eligible for store credit. Store credit can be used towards future purchases within 1 year from the date of cancellation.
Exchanges:
Once a dress has left the store, we cannot accept exchanges. Therefore, it is essential to inspect your dress upon pickup to ensure it meets your expectations. However, if the dress is too small or too large due to weight gain or loss, you may be eligible for an exchange for a fee that varies depending on the gown. Additionally, clients have the option to have alterations done at an extra cost.
Custom Orders:
Please note that custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Online Purchases
Return Policy:
Purchases made online through our website are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
